MOBILE UNIT HAS BEEN OPERATING IRREGULARLY AND ON A REDUCED HOURLY SCHEDULE AT THE MAIN POINT OF SALE WHICH DELAYED THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION. THIS INSPECTION OCCURRED AT THE KANKAKEE TRAIN DEPOT.
POST YOUR 2023 KCHD FOOD LICENSE IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION. NO FOOD WAS HELD HOT AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. |
